Randy E. Barnett is a Professor at Georgetown Law where he teaches Constitutional Law & Contracts. In 2004, he appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court to argue the medical cannabis case Gonzalez v. Raich & coauthored an amicus brief in Lawrence v. Texas. His publications include Constitutional Law: Cases in context, and Contracts: Cases & Doctrine. His writing is regularly published in the Wall Street Journal, & he has appeared on such programs as the CBS Evening News, the NBC Nightly News, Parker-Spitzer & Glenn Beck.
Robert J. Reinstein is a Professor & the former Dean of Temple University Beasley School of Law. A cum laude graduate of the Harvard Law School, he worked for the NAACP, where he served as a consulting attorney & participated in a number of successful class-action civil rights cases. He also worked with the U.S. Department of Justice as a Senior Attorney in the Appellate Section of the Civil Rights Division and as the Chief of the General Litigation Section.
